It is with pleasure that I write this letter to confirm the professional working relationship that exists between Catholic Community Services NSW/ ACT and Regal Home Health.

The nursing staff of Regal Home Health have been providing a range of clinical services to clients of Catholic Community Services since 2010. These services have included comprehensive assessment and review including dementia assessment; wound assessment, care and management; catheter care; pain management; medication administration and diabetes monitoring and management. Regal Home Health has provided these services at a consistently high standard, complemented by timely and accurate documentation and feedback. In addition, the Director and Clinical team at Regal Home Health have participated in regular meetings with the Catholic Community Services Team to case conference client care and establish and maintain effective working processes.

Regal Home Health have supported Catholic Community Services in a number of external Quality Audits, most recently in July 2015, undertaken by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency, where Catholic Community Services was assessed as successfully meeting all the expected outcomes of the Home Care Standards.
