Regal Home Health’s Continuing Care program

Regal Home Health clients also have access to the ©Regal Continuing Care Program, which enhances the care of the client while admitted to hospital, and prepares for their discharge home. It provides Case Management, specialist Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who visit the patient at home and provide the support and guidance required to return to independence.

Our main objectives while the client is in hospital are wellbeing and speedy recovery and that is why we promote an active participation in treatment. Agreeing to participate in the Continuing Care Program is the first step in the journey of recovery.

The ©Regal Continuing Care Program provides a Clinical Recovery & Rehabilitation Program in the convenience of the client’s own home. Regal Home Health provides Case Management, Specialist Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who visit the patient at home and provide the support and guidance required to return to independence.

All clinical outcomes are monitored and reported to funding bodies, and to date our programs have achieved over 99 per cent clinical outcomes.
