Fees & Hours
All Home Care Package Providers need to charge fees to deliver safe and quality in-home care.
Regal have kept their fees low to make sure you receive the maximum benefit from your package.
There are two main components to our costs
- Care Management -12%
- Package Management – 13%
Care Management Fees
These cover your dedicated Home Care Package Coordinator and the service they provide. Including but not limited to :
- Creation and reviewing of an individualised Care Plan.
- Creation and reviewing of an individualised budget.
- Ongoing management of your services to ensure your satisfaction and needs are met.
- Regular contact via phone and face to face visits.
- Safety and risk assessments and monitoring of your overall health and wellbeing.
Package Management Fees
These fees cover all regulatory compliance that Regal as your home care package provider is bound to, including quality reviews, financial management (setting up and managing funding through Medicare) and government reporting.
Regal charge NO exit fees and we do not charge the Basic Daily Care Fee.
